Using S1, S2 to activate CC 64

Post by suilebhain »

I've set S1 to CC 64 and it doesn't seem to work. Considering it is only an ON/OFF type of controller, shouldn't the Fusion respond in an appropriate manner?

In Global/Controls set S1 and/or to CC 64 but it doesn't seem to work.

I also have tried a sustain pedal, plugging it in before turning on the Fusion but that doesn't seem to work, either. It is almost like my system does not recognize CC 64. What kind of sustain pedal have you used with success? I tried an On-Stage and a Quik Lok pedal.

I have used an Alesis CF1 and a simple Yamaha sustain pedal both work fine, they must be plugged into the Fusion before turning on the Fusion.

If I recall, Yamaha-style pedals are different from Korg-style and I think Korg-style are the default (PS-10). My Quik-Lok pedal changes from PS-10 to PS-15 with a switch on its bottom so perhaps that is what is not working for me. The On-Stage is strictly PS-10, works with my Novation keyboards.

I'll have to wait until tonight to see. Thanks!

Assign +T4 Creates a screendump on the CF card. It creates a bitmap image so I have to convert it to a jpg to post it :)
