Hi Arevyn . .
It should be possible to do this - by various means . . .
It almost certainly requires a bit of understanding about how sampling works and how to assign samples across the keyboard to end up with a result that satisfies . . .
The Fusion itself CAN sample - and there is a tutorial of sorts in the
Tutorial pack you can download from Alesis.com
The Fusion Converter (old) and the Latest Fusion Creator can also do this.
Check this thread for the location of Joeri Peeters Tutorial on Fusion Converter

The Creator does have an AutoSample feature which attempts to automate the process to a degree - but the last time I tried - It does not work - yet . . .
Doing it manually instead probably is possible, as it stands - but will be slow until you understand what is involved and how top proceed.
Another possibility is to check out Klause's site at backintimerecords.de just in case he has already done this for the QS7 amongst the MANY Banks he offers for the Fusion.
In all likelyhood, the samples will NOT be easy to get straight from the QS7 . . .
Understandably, most manufacturers prevent this for obvious reasons - the Fusion itself is no exception . . .
Be SURE to use COPIES of any wavs you use to create programs. There is no way to get the wavs back AFTER they have been converted to Fusion Samples, Multisamples . . .
You will almost certainly have to sample the Audio output from the QS7 in order to proceed.
The Fusion is slightly better in this respect as it has an S/PDif output (which I use to record my songs from - and works well). I see no reason why it should not work for sampling - though I have NOT tried this myself. - Although it's NOT the Fusion you want to sample
Hope some of that might help
