Quadrasynth Address Error

Receiving an Address Error on my Quadrasynth after powering on the unit. Sometimes the Error shows immediately and other times it takes a few minutes. The unit then freezes. I ran the Diagnostics and the ROM and RAM tests passed. The Switch Test Failed. I did open the unit and made sure all the connections were seated properly. So not really sure what the issue is or if maybe one of the chips are bad or something else with the main board. Any help would be appreciated!
