No, OS 1.24 include only the preset 1 t/m 5 bank plus the GM bank and also the "electronica" & " More" bank.
The other Hollow Sun banks are very useful!!! Very good sounds, for all kind of purposes.
Just buy your own CF card, here in the Netherlands less then 10 euros, maybe 10 dollar. As far as I know there is no other way to upgrade the OS. A 64 Mb card is enough.
