Re: Favorites Bank?

Another question on the same (sort of) topic.

How does one create a NEW empty MIX? I have found that those keys DO work in a MIX but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create a new MIX.

Maybe I should just edit the stupid disco MIXes that came with the system and make them something ...

Re: Favorites Bank?

Yes, that is what I am using now. Thanks for the comeback. Seems ol' Psionic may have some cryptic knowledge denied to the rest of us that was lost in the sands of time.

Re: Using Softkeys 1-8 to change programs in Song mode?

Hey, Jesse! Happy New Year!

That's a good tip and I might end up doing it that way, but what I was referring to was a post by Psionic in the thread

http://promusicproducts.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=4691&p=36295#p36295

where he talks about setting up the desired patches in a Song or ...

Re: Favorites Bank?

Sorry to necro an old post but I am having trouble figuring out how to make this work:

psionic sez:

"Loading that MIX/SONG will pre-load all sounds then, once only. From then on you can select and switch between the sounds in it quickly by using the 1-8 buttons."

I cannot figure out how to set ...

Using Softkeys 1-8 to change programs in Song mode?

I read somewhere on this forum that you can use Song mode to avoid the long load times (because the Song elements all load at the same time when the Song is selected) then use the 1-8 softkeys/buttons to switch around between the sounds.

What should the screen show in order to do this? The best I ...

What actual performance differences have you noticed since expanding?

Re: Program Change Table on Fusion?

How that works is that each button connects to a Send/Receive pair and you would connect your pedals (or small chains of pedals, depending on your preference and how many pedals you have to control) to each Send/Receive to form Loops. You have to use two pairs for stereo pedals. Then, the ...

Re: Program Change Table on Fusion?

I guess the easiest way to do this is to just plug something like my X-Station into the MIDI in on the Fusion and see what happens. :D

I'm not actually planning to drive the Fusion from the CrocEye, just make program changes. I'm playing guitar and synth and I need a way (or am hoping for one ...

Re: Program Change Table on Fusion?

Actually what I was planning to use is a CrocEye, which is a hardware device that connects to a One Control OC10 Crocodile Tail. The Crocodile Tail, if you haven't heard of it, is a footswitch device that allows up to ten loops of effects pedals to be changed through a series of up to 70 programmed ...

Program Change Table on Fusion?

I know that we can set the Fusion to be able to receive Program (and Mix) changes via an external MIDI signal, but I can't find any reference to where we would set up the patches to correspond to those changes. Would they be selected from whatever Mode and Bank we were in at the time, like if I set ...

Re: Using S1, S2 to activate CC 64

If I recall, Yamaha-style pedals are different from Korg-style and I think Korg-style are the default (PS-10). My Quik-Lok pedal changes from PS-10 to PS-15 with a switch on its bottom so perhaps that is what is not working for me. The On-Stage is strictly PS-10, works with my Novation keyboards.

I ...
